Final Lap~

Into the last month of pregnancy.

I can really feel the drop in energy level and more discomforts.
The constant back pain that I have everyday is getting worse these 2 weeks.

Getting super hard to get out of bed...literally roll off the bed..haha~

Numbness and pain at the finger joints.....haiz~

Emotionally - abit unstable due to the many uncertainties. Trying to keep myself happy by blocking away unwanted and negative people.

Trying to eat the food I craved before confinement start...haha~

26 more days to go....ENDURE

Week 34

Went for gynae checkup today.

Baby Alyssa is now 2.5KG at 34w5d.

Think durians and ice-cream and beef does wonder to baby weight gain.

Next appointment will be 2 weeks later...hope baby Alyssa dun burst the 3KG limit.

Week 32

Went for gynae checkup n bb Alyssa is now 1.96kg.

Gynae asked me to eat more...haha...will try to eat more by e next checkup which is 2 weeks later.

Durians and ice-cream...here I come~

32 week - 3D scan

Second appt for 3D scan to see if can get good shots...haiz, end up no good shots again n sonographer say coz bb too big at week 32...hard to get clear shots.

But she printed one clear shot for me. Yeah!!

Think BB Alyssa will have my big nose...sob sob

Week 31

OMG...time really pass and its week 31 now.....9 more weeks before baby Alyssa pops.

Baby Alyssa been real active since week 30....kicking almost every 2 hours which I guess is an indication that she's doing fine.

Managed to book for 3D/4D scan this friday and hopes can get a nice picture of her.

29w5d

Finally, the long awaited gynae check up.

Was there super early to register and I'm 2nd in queue....yeah!

Gynae said the blood test result was good and asked if I have bad appetite.

Baby Alyssa now weigh 1.422KG !!!! Wow, within 6 weeks, she's grown twice in weight.

Next appointment will be 3 weeks later~


Another lousy ultrascan picture...at times like this, I missed the 3d printout from TW gynae.

29 weeks 4 days

Week 29

I'm officially in my last trimester.....yeah~

Ok...dunno to yeah or not...haha....on one hand, can't wait for bb to pop but on the other, liked the feeling it's inside me. Women, full of contridictions.

Baby Alyssa has been kicking, pushing and turning real hard since the beginning of week 29. Can feel her punches and kicks more now. Once, was woken up from sleep by her kick!

Anyway, into 3rd trimester, symptoms of tiredness and uncomfortable are back. Now its back to first trimester pattern. Sleeping more during the day and eating less.

Was awake at 3AM and fell back to sleep at 6AM...aargh........this better not last thru the next 10 weeks.

Looking forward to gynae checkup on Monday. Been 6 weeks since I last saw Baby Alyssa thru ultrascan.

27w6d - 28w1d

Baby Alyssa been very active these few days... been kicking and turning inside me few times a day. She used to only kick me at night and now she's kicking in the morning and afternoon.

Sort of a relief for me as baby Alyssa wasn't very active for 4 days and was thinking if I should visit the gynae to check.

Can't wait for the next gynae checkup on the 27th June to see her growth and hope all is well.

Week 27

Tummy at week 27.

Can't believe I still can wear my pre-preg tops.

Another 3 weeks before gynae visit...still so long wait...by then bb should have hit 1kg mark.

Week 24

Appointment with SG Gynae - Dr Adrian Woodworth aka fast & furious

Bad move to fix appointment on a Saturday. Clinic was so crowded.

Unlike TW, no 3D scan of BB and printout...only printout of blur image..haiz

BB weigh 678g.

BB gain again..so fast....but as long as healthy I'm happy.

Week 23

Today is the final checkup with TW gynae Dr. Li as will be going to SG.

Went early for another round of detail scan to ensure BB is well.

Gynae declared BB well and weigh 538g.

Week 22 - Detailed Scan

Today appointment was at 4pm for Detailed Scan.

Hubby very bz today and was on the phone from e moment we left house and thru out the scan.

Gynae said bb now weigh 450g n no major problem. But bb was not cooperating n end up we have to go back again for another scan.

It's a PRINCESS!!

Week 19

Went for gynae check up today.

Thot it was Detailed Scan but kana fake by gynae. The scan printout not as clear as the usual ones we get from him. When I check the mummy handbook then realised that scan was FOC from TW govt aka 健保.

As our appt was really early in the morning, bb was sleeping and moving ard lesser than the other scans. Saw bb lying on her placenta as if it was a cushion and smiling. Must be due to our nagging to her to be good and stay still when scanning...haha~

Gynae said that it shld be a girl.

So we can now start buying pink...haha~

16 weeks

I think I can feel e bb moving...it's like butterflies in e stomach....

BB was moving quite alot when hubby was away for business trip...but stop feeling BB when he came back.

Today was able to feel bb again..

Week 15

Still unable to tell e gender...will have to wait till detail scan.

Week 13

4th March 2011

The night before, tummy cramp and was spotting in the morning. Immediately called for an appointment with my gynae but he's only available at 6pm.

Lucky Peien was with me as hubby was in Japan for business trip. I rested the whole day while Peien went out to venture.

We met at 5pm for dinner at Ariel Cafe @ Taipei Main Station. Then we took a cab to the gynae clinic.

After registering, was informed that gynae had to perform an OP so had to wait till 8pm.

Both of us then spent the 2 hours reading...haha~

Gynae scanned and said BB was fine and heartbeat normal. Did further check on me and found fibroid in the vagina wall...he removed and sent for labtest.

Will be getting the lab result and also blood test result on the next visit on 22nd March. Hope all is well.

Week 12

Today went for Oscar test.

Almost fell asleep while waiting for my turn. Hubby actually fell asleep beside me.

Before the Oscar test, nurse took my weight n urine test. Yikes...horrible weight..haha

Next was the ultrascan part of e Oscar test.

This was the fourth time we saw bb thru scan. The previous scans only showed bb as an embryo n later on a non-moving fetus.

This time round, bb was very busy turning n tossing in my womb. bb's hands were also waving wildly. I almost burst out laughing after seeing that. Gynae was also saying bb too active n ask bb to quiet down so take she can take a good shot of e neck membrane.

Maybe bb wants to make e visit worth so bb was being active to let us see bb longer...hehe

After that was e dreaded blood test ....
