Doris bday - 23/11/06

November baby, Doris birthday.
Brought this pretty and busy mummy out to celebrate her birthday...belated...hehehe~

We (doris, bh & me) met at Clarke Quay MRT then took a cab to Robertson Quay.
We were quite charmed by Rivercafe. We didn't feel like we are in Singapore when we entered...as the place was done up nicely. The outdoor seating is good to admire the Singapore River but we chose indoor coz of air-con...hehehe~

The food we ordered tasted great!
The Classic caesar is our fave.
Then I ordered the 'Flaming angel cake bomb alaska & wild berries' as a birthday cake. Man...its difficult to find bomb alaska in Singapore and one reason I chose to come here was to try it. This version doesn't have any ice-cream in it...a little disappointed~
But it was scored 10/10 for alcohol...the waiter doused a huge ladle of liquor onto it...hahaha~

After dinner, we walked all the way to Chinatown and did alittle shopping there.
