ARGH!!!

I really dun understand.....if your job is to do submission with the same system...and you are NOT new to the company or new to the system.....I DUN SEE WHY YOU CAN BEHAVE LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER USE THE SYSTEM BEFORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
